In its production programme Izo - paneli d.o.o. offers the production and installation of insulation on pipelines using the most modern insulation materials. These materials are used in industrial and energetic facilities such as thermal, fire and sound insulation. The insulation of the pipe for steam heating is carried out on warm water pipes, and cold insulation. The insulation of pipes for steam heating and warm water prevents heat loss. The places where this is done are in boilers, pipes for mazut, steam conduction pipes, warm water pipes, containers, knee insulation, and valve insulation etc., for the prevention of the heat loss.
This type of insulation is made of mineral wool pads from 30 to 200 mm thick. The bearing construction is made from a framework fixed with screws or pop rivets. Protection layers are made of aluminium sheet metal or RALa galvanized coloured sheet metal according to the wishes of the client. There is a possibility for performance of boiler insulation in aluminium sheet metal, galvanized or coloured sheet metal, such as in the plasticized sheet metal.
With cold insulation, insulation of the pipeline for glycol, ammonium pipes, glycol and ammonium containers, valve and knee insulation is performed where the thickness of the insulation is from 30 to 200 mm, also in engine rooms of built-in compressors and pipelines to the aluminium evaporator which are from 0.8 m thick or other types of sheet metal of a high-grade steel, machine filling is made from polyurethane foam with a weight of 38 – 40 kg/m.
